Soil salinization has become a worldwide problem which inhibits crop growth or leads to low-yield crops. The salinization soil has reached more than 2000 hm2 in China, and has a characteristic of wide area, various types and serious salt accumulation. We can develop saline agriculture, and cultivate economic salt-tolerant plants on saline soil, so that to open up a more cost-effective way for development utilization of saline soil to improve the utilization efficiency of saline soil[1]. Oil-sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.), as a type of salt-tolerant plant is an important oil crop, with high agricultural and commercial values[2]. It is significant to study the mechanism of salt tolerant of oil-sunflower.
