病例介绍患者,男,37岁。1990年3月因患乙型肝炎住长宁区天山医院隔离治疗,5月出院。以后SGPT经常波动在50～70u之间,余均正常。9月B超检查见肝内光点密集、粗、分布不匀,提示慢性肝炎。1991年上半年2次检查肝功能正常。其母于1989年死于肝癌。1991年7月起列为我们监护对象。每隔1月检测1次AFP,均阴性。12月10日测得AFP138μg/L(放射免疫法,下同),B超见肝内光点增粗分节欠均匀,仍提示慢性肝炎。12月24日复查AFP177μg/L,1992年1月3日
Case description Patient, male, 37 years old. March 1990 Hepatitis B Changning District Tianshan Hospital isolation treatment, discharged in May. After SGPT often fluctuate between 50 ~ 70u, the remaining normal. September B-ultrasound see the liver light spots dense, rough, uneven distribution, suggesting that chronic hepatitis. In the first half of 1991, liver function was checked twice. His mother died of liver cancer in 1989. July 1991 as our guardianship object. AFP detected every other month, were negative. December 10 measured AFP138μg / L (radioimmunoassay, the same below), B ultrasound see intrahepatic spot thickening sub-section due to uniform, still prompted chronic hepatitis.
