“U-S”协作背景下中小学校际共同体的发展是当代中国学校整体转型性变革的需要,不但能扩展优势教育资源、促进教育均衡化,也能成为扩大教育理论者专业力量影响的有效途径。“U-S”协作背景下中小学校际共同体具有深厚的专业品性以及校际影响的双向性与多维多层性等特征,其运作策略强调地方行政力量、大学教育理论研究者与中小学实践者之间形成有效协作,同时要依靠定期的校长联席会议,开展精心策划的校际联动活动等。
