目的:就电针预处理对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的影响进行实验研究。方法:采用SD大鼠(体质量280~340g,39只)作为研究对象,电针预处理大鼠百会、大椎穴,电针时间分别为15,30,60,90,120min,间隔1h后,造成局灶性脑缺血。行苏木精-伊红和末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶(TdT)介导的脱氧尿苷三磷酸(dUTP)切口末端标记(TUNEL)染色,测定大鼠脑梗死灶面积百分比和脑细胞凋亡情况。结果:电针预处理组中除15min组外,大鼠脑梗死灶面积百分比都比缺血对照组减小,脑细胞凋亡数也减少。预处理60min组脑梗死灶面积百分比和18700.2μm2凋亡细胞数分别为(27.8±4.2)%和(20.2±3.0)个,与缺血对照组犤(41.0±7.6)%和(31.0±4.4)个犦比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针预处理能够保护随后的缺血性脑损伤,且预处理需要达到一定的时间才具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of electroacupuncture pretreatment on focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods: SD rats (body weight 280 ~ 340g, 39) were used as research objects. The percentage of infarct size and the number of apoptotic cells of 18700.2μm2 in preconditioning 60min group were (27.8 ± 4.2)% and (20.2 ± 3.0), respectively, which were significantly lower than those in ischemic control group (41.0 ± 7.6% vs 31.0 ± 4.4% There was significant difference between each group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture pretreatment can protect the subsequent ischemic brain injury, and pretreatment need to reach a certain time to have a protective effect.
