研制了一种新型的矿用混合式空冷器,装置由喷淋装置和表面式空冷器组合而成。喷淋装置的喷淋水可采用天然冷源,一方面可承担一部分的矿井降温冷负荷,另一方面冲刷了表面式空冷器表面的大量污垢,提高了表面式空冷器的传热系数。表面式空冷器的冷冻水来自人工冷源,承担另一部分的矿井降温冷负荷。对提出的新型矿用混合式空冷器给出热工计算的设计方法,并进行了实例计算,热工计算结果表明:矿用混合式空冷器能较好地应用于矿井降温系统,与传统空冷器相比,可节约一部分的矿井降温能耗。提出的新型矿用混合式空冷器,可有效满足粉尘浓度大、降温负荷大的矿井降温系统的需要,并且能耗较低。
