在分析刀具设计过程和知识特点的基础上,结合齿轮滚刀CAD系统——GH-ES的研制,对刀具CAD系统的框架结构、知识表示、工作图绘制等关键技术进行了探讨。利用本文给出的模式,可以提高刀具CAD系统的柔性与智能性。
Based on the analysis of the tool design process and the characteristics of knowledge, the key technologies such as the frame structure, knowledge representation and drawing of the tool CAD system are discussed based on the development of gear hob CAD system - GH-ES. The model presented in this paper can improve the flexibility and intelligence of the tool CAD system.
