库山河是新疆喀什噶尔河水系的第三大支流,典型的干旱地区山区多沙河流,水的问题显得十分重要和突出。目前库山河上游还未修建山区调节性水库或控制性水利枢纽,平原区河道未能彻底整治,水资源非常短缺,洪旱灾害频繁。充分利用流域内沙曼水文站和木华里水管站几十年的实测水文资料,4个县气象站的气象资料,利用水文统计分析方法,对河流水文特征进行了分析。为进一步治理河流、解决水资源短缺问题及提高防灾能力提供分析依据。
Kushan River is the third largest tributary of the Kashgar River system in Xinjiang. The typical arid mountainous area is dominated by sandy rivers and the water problem is very important and prominent. At present, the upper reaches of the KuShan River has not yet constructed a mountainous regulating reservoir or a controlled water control project. The river courses in the plain area have not been completely rehabilitated, water resources are in short supply, and floods and droughts are frequent. Making full use of the hydrometeorological data from Shamu Hydrological Station and Mulanli Station in the basin for several decades and the meteorological data of four county meteorological stations, the hydrological characteristics of rivers were analyzed by hydrological statistical analysis. It provides an analytical basis for further river management, water shortage problem solving and disaster prevention capability improvement.
