目的建立馥芳艾纳香Blumea aromatica的快繁技术体系,为大量生产种苗提供基础。方法利用不同激素配比的培养基,筛选出馥芳艾纳香快速繁殖的最适培养基。结果带腋芽茎段是丛生芽诱导的最佳材料;丛生芽诱导的最适培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,诱导率为100%;最佳继代增殖培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L KT+0.2mg/L NAA,增殖倍数为6.83;最适的生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.3 mg/L NAA,生根率100%,移栽成活率84.07%。最适培养条件为温度26℃、光照强度为2 000 lx、光照时间10 h。结论快繁技术体系可在短时间内提供大量种苗,并为馥芳艾纳香规模化生产种苗提供技术指导。
Objective To establish a rapid propagation system of Blumea aromatica, which provides the basis for mass production of seedlings. Methods The medium with different hormones was screened out to select the best medium for the rapid propagation of Radix Aryrosae. Results The stems with axillary buds were the best materials for inducing shoots. The optimal medium for inducing shoots was MS + 2.0 mg / L 6-BA + 0.2 mg / L NAA with the induction rate of 100% The medium of multiplication was MS + 2.0 mg / L 6-BA + 0.5 mg / L KT + 0.2 mg / L NAA with the multiplication ratio of 6.83. The best rooting medium was 1/2 MS + 0.3 mg / L NAA, 100%, transplanting survival rate of 84.07%. The optimum culture conditions were temperature 26 ℃, light intensity 2 000 lx, illumination time 10 h. Conclusion The fast-propagation technology system can provide a large number of seedlings in a short period of time and provide technical guidance for the large-scale production of seedlings of Fufang Ainaixiang.
