目的建立应急快速检测空气中对-特丁基甲苯气相色谱测定方法。方法用注射器采集工作场所空气中的对-特丁基甲苯,直接进样,经30m×0.53mm×0.25μm FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果本方法在0~320μg/ml范围呈线性关系;样品在注射器中可保存5h,方法的重现性好;不同浓度对-特丁基甲苯测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.65%~1.98%;回归方程式为Y=26437+4836X,r=0.9994;方法的最低检出浓度为1.12 mg/m3。空气中与对-特丁基甲苯共存的间-特丁基甲苯、邻-特丁基甲苯、乙酸乙酯、丁酮、甲苯、邻二甲苯在本方法条件下不干扰测定。结论此方法各项指标均达到《职业卫生标准制定指南第四部分:工作场所空气中化学物质检测方法》(GBZ/T210.4-2008)的要求,适用于工作场所空气中对-特丁基甲苯的现场监测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for rapid determination of p-tert-butyltoluene in air by emergency gas chromatography. Methods The p-tert-butyltoluene in the air of the workplace was collected with a syringe and directly injected into a capillary column of 30m × 0.53mm × 0.25μm FFAP for detection by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results The method was linear in the range of 0 ~ 320μg / ml. The sample was stored in the syringe for 5h and the reproducibility of the method was good. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.65% ~ 1.98% for different concentrations of p - The regression equation was Y = 26437 + 4836X, r = 0.9994; the minimum detectable concentration was 1.12 mg / m3. Inter-tert-butyltoluene, o-tert-butyltoluene, ethyl acetate, butanone, toluene and o-xylene in the air coexisted with p-tert-butyltoluene did not interfere with the assay under the conditions of this method. Conclusion The indexes of this method all meet the requirements of GBZ / T210.4-2008 of Part 4 of Guideline for Occupational Health Standardization: Testing Methods for Chemical Substances in the Air of Workplace, and are suitable for the determination of p-tert-butyl Toluene site monitoring.
