在设计模锻件图时,模锻件加工余量值之确定至关重要。它直接影响到企业的材料成本,如能合理减小模锻件的加工余量,使毛坯精化,将会收到明显的经济效益。我国的模锻技术水平仍然比较落后。主要表现在锻件不精,能耗大。而且无统一的、能代表我国模锻行业技术现状的锻件公差余量的国家标准。许多工厂安于现状,各行其事,因而也影响了模锻技术的发展。目前,世界上越来越多的国家都在学习和等效参照采用欧洲锻造协会标准。我国也正积极向这个方向靠拢。关于如何降低模锻件的加工余量,途径很多。本文就影响模锻件加工余量的各种因素进行叙述,以期对工艺设计人员有所裨益。 1.零件精度高,加工工序长,余量要加大,如氰化齿轮等。
In the design of die forgings diagram, die forging allowance to determine the value of the crux is crucial. It directly affects the cost of materials business, such as a reasonable reduction of forging pieces of allowance, the rough refinement, will receive significant economic benefits. China’s forging technology is still relatively backward. Mainly forging is not refined, energy consumption. And no uniform, can represent the technical status quo of forging industry in our country forgings tolerances of national standards. Many factories are comfortable with the status quo and do their jobs, thus affecting the development of forging technology. At present, more and more countries in the world are learning and equivalently adopting the standards of the European Forging Association. Our country is also actively moving closer to this direction. There are many ways to reduce the machining allowance for die forgings. This article describes the various factors that affect the allowance for machining allowance, with a view to the benefit of process designers. 1.
