将牛股骨干皮质骨及人和兔血小板制成复合物移植于兔体内,通过X线及组织学观察植骨的成骨效应和宿主免疫反应,评价此种材料及血小板复合物临床应用的可能性、结果显示去蛋白牛脱钙骨基质免疫反应大,降解速度缓慢,无骨传导及诱导作用;去蛋白牛脱钙骨基质能刺激成纤维细胞增殖分化,转化为骨组织.复合同种异体或异种血小板,不能促进成骨,可加重免疫反应.
Bovine femoral cortical bone and human and rabbit platelet complexes were made in rabbits. The osteogenic effect and host immune response of bone graft were observed by X-ray and histology to evaluate the clinical application of this material and platelet complex The results showed that the deproteinized bovine decalcified bone matrix immune response, slow degradation, bone conduction and induction; deproteinized bovine decalcified bone matrix can stimulate fibroblasts proliferation and differentiation into bone tissue. Compound allogeneic or heterogeneous platelets, can not promote osteogenesis, can aggravate the immune response.
