结果:丙型肝炎患者存在FY*A/FY*A和FY*A/FY*B两种基因型,FY*A/FY*A和FY*A/FY*B基因型患者中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
Objective: To study the association between polymorphism of Duffy antigen chemokine receptor (DARC) rs12075 and leukocyte count in hepatitis C patients. Methods: 245 patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection were selected for peripheral blood leukocyte count. The DARC rs12075 polymorphism was detected by Realtime PCR using TaqMan-MGB probe. Comparison of different genotypes of patients in each group of white blood cell count whether there is a significant difference. Results: There were two genotypes of FY * A / FY * A and FY * A / FY * B in hepatitis C patients. Neutrophils in FY * A / FY * A and FY * A / Lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil and basophil count showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The allele FY * A and FY * B have no effect on the number of white blood cells in blood when HCV is expressed on Duchenne antigens in HCV-infected patients.
