以底盘翻转机回转轴为研究对象,运用Ansys Workbench静力学结构和六西格玛设计功能,对回转轴进行可靠性分析。以实际工况为依据,选择回转轴几何尺寸和负载作为随机输入变量,仿真分析了各随机变量对回转轴可靠性的影响,得到回转轴最大等效应力累积分布函数和灵敏度图,以此为基础分析得到影响可靠性最大因素和安全因子。仿真结果为翻转机回转轴结构设计和优化提供依据。
Taking the rotating shaft of the chassis turning machine as the research object, the reliability analysis of the rotating shaft is carried out by using Ansys Workbench static structure and Six Sigma design function. Based on the actual working conditions, the geometry and load of rotating shaft are selected as random input variables. The influence of each random variable on the reliability of rotating shaft is simulated and the cumulative distribution function and sensitivity diagram of the maximum equivalent stress of rotating shaft are obtained. Basic analysis of the factors that affect the reliability and safety factor. The simulation results provide the basis for the design and optimization of the rotating shaft structure of the turning machine.
