目的探讨125I粒子植入在肝癌治疗中的应用价值。方法超声引导下将125I粒子按计划植入肿瘤的不同深度,术后超声验证粒子剂量分布是否与治疗计划一致,确定下步补充治疗方案。结果 125I粒子植入治疗后,所有患者临床症状得到不同程度的改善,术后复查见肿瘤明显缩小。结论放射性粒子植入在肝癌治疗中有较高的应用价值,增加了中晚期肝癌的有效治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the value of 125I seed implantation in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods 125I seeds were implanted into different depths of the tumor under the guidance of ultrasound. After the ultrasound confirmation, the dose distribution of the particles was consistent with the treatment plan, and the next step was to confirm the supplementary treatment plan. Results After the 125I seeds were implanted, the clinical symptoms of all patients were improved to some extent. After the operation, the tumors were significantly reduced. Conclusion Radioactive seed implantation in the treatment of liver cancer has a high value, increased the effective treatment of advanced liver cancer.
