目的探究优质护理服务在儿科护理工作中的应用价值。方法 72例儿科患儿,按入院时间将其分为研究组和对照组,每组36例。研究组行优质护理,对照组行常规护理。通过本院自制护理质量评分表以及护理满意度调研表对两组护理服务质量进行评定,统计并比较两组护理投诉事件发生率。结果研究组护理质量显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度94.44%显著优于对照组69.44%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理投诉事件发生率5.56%明显低于对照组25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在院内儿科开展优质护理服务对护理质量的提升具有促进意义,同时还可提升护理满意度,缓解紧张的护患关系,降低护理投诉事件发生率和医疗纠纷事件的发生率。
Objective To explore the value of quality nursing service in pediatric nursing. Methods A total of 72 pediatric patients were divided into study group and control group according to the time of admission, with 36 cases in each group. Study group line of quality care, control group routine care. The quality of nursing service of two groups was assessed by the self-made nursing quality score table and nursing satisfaction questionnaire, and the incidence of nursing complaints was compared and statistically analyzed. Results The quality of care in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The total satisfaction of nursing group 94.44% was significantly better than the control group 69.44%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of nursing complaints in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (5.56% vs 25.00%, P <0.05). Conclusions The quality of pediatric nurse service in hospital improves the quality of nursing care. At the same time, it can also improve nursing satisfaction, ease the tension between nurses and patients, reduce the incidence of nursing complaints and medical disputes.
