本文利用SRV高温滑动摩擦摩损试验机研究ZA27合金同种材质摩擦副之间的摩擦特性。定量地测定了干态、介质润滑、温度和载荷等因素对ZA27合金摩擦系数的影响。指出ZA27合金不适宜用于干摩擦工况,而在润滑下具有极好的耐磨性。
In this paper, the use of SRV sliding friction attrition wear tester ZA27 alloy research friction properties of the same kind of material. The effects of dry conditions, media lubrication, temperature and load on the friction coefficient of ZA27 alloy were quantitatively determined. It is pointed out that ZA27 alloy is unsuitable for dry friction condition and has excellent abrasion resistance under lubrication.
