党的十六大确立了全面建设小康社会的目标 ,目前我国广大民众包括一些党员干部在内 ,头脑中还存在着许多与全面建设小康社会不相适应的思想障碍 :一是小农意识的思想障碍 ;二是官本位意识的思想障碍 ;三是教条主义的思想障碍 ;四是享乐主义的思想障碍 ;五是急功近利的思想障碍。要顺利实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标 ,必须要坚决破除这些思想障碍 At present, the 16th CPC National Congress has set the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
