排球运动是我国体育事业主要推广的一项运动,在我国普通高校中都有开设排球课程的选修课,但是由于排球运动具有一定的特殊性,又加上传统教学的限制,导致学生对于排球运动产生厌烦感,降低了学生的学习积极性,使得排球运动在普通高校中的推广受到了制约。文章主要针对俱乐部分层教学模式在高校教学中的应用效果展开分析,通过激发学生的主观能动性,让学生主动参与排球教学,从而提高学生的运动能力以及身体素质。
