因金融危机造成大量民兵返乡,给各级政府带来很大的就业压力,这是众所周知的事实。但从另一方面来看,返乡民兵通过多年在外务工,不仅扩大了视野,同时也带回一定的资金、技术、信息及社会资源。面对危机,既是挑战也是机遇,各地应该把返乡民兵当做财富,发挥其自身优势,采取多种措施帮助返乡民兵在应对金融危机的战场上大展身手。
It is a well-known fact that a large number of militia returned home due to the financial crisis and brought great employment pressure to all levels of government. However, on the other hand, returned militiamen have not only expanded their horizons but also brought back certain funds, technologies, information and social resources through many years of working abroad. In the face of the crisis, it is both a challenge and an opportunity. Local people should regard returned militia as their own wealth and give play to their own advantages. Various measures should be taken to help returned militias to show their mettle on the battlefield in response to the financial crisis.
