刺激胫神经传入支可产生体感诱发电位(SSEP)P_(40)的早期成分。肌梭传入支和Golgi腱器传入支均为Ⅰ类纤维。人类肌梭的传入支不能选择性地被激活,但肌肉收缩可选择性地兴奋Golgi腱器传入纤维。猫的腱器传入支投射到大脑皮质感觉区,而刺激人足部肌肉可诱发大脑皮质的反应。本文再次研究选择性激活Golgi腱器传入支诱发的皮质电活动,并与电刺激人胫神经引起的SSEPs对照。
Stimulation of the tibial nerve afferent branch can produce early components of somatosensory evoked potential (SSEP) P_ (40). Muscle spindle into the branch and Golgi tendon afferent support are class Ⅰ fibers. The afferent branch of the human muscle spindle can not be selectively activated, but muscle contraction selectively excites the Golgi tendon into the fiber. The cat tendon afferent branch projected to the cerebral cortex sensory area, while stimulating the human foot muscles can induce cerebral cortex response. In this paper, the cortical electrical activity of selective activation of the Golgi tendon afferent branch was investigated again and compared with the SSEPs induced by electrical stimulation of the human tibiofemoral nerve.
