一、绪言近年来,对于电力机械,特别是旋转电机要求增大其容量。为适应这种要求,在交流电机中主要是提高它的绝缘系统的耐高压性,而机车用直流电机则主要是提高它的绝缘的耐热性。制造厂的任务,就是提供这些性能高可靠性好的产品。要完成这一任务,对于电机的各种材料,特别是绝缘材料和绝缘系统,进行可靠性的评价试验极为重要。
I. INTRODUCTION In recent years, there has been a demand for electric machinery, especially rotary electric machines, to increase its capacity. In order to meet this requirement, AC motor is mainly to improve its high voltage insulation system, while locomotive DC motor is mainly to improve its insulation heat resistance. The task of the manufacturer is to provide these products with high reliability and high performance. In order to accomplish this task, it is extremely important to evaluate the reliability of various materials of the motor, especially the insulating material and the insulation system.
