目的:制备以四氟乙烷为抛射剂的中药混悬性气雾剂,并进行处方优化。方法:以混悬效果、喷出量作为评价指标,进行处方筛选,并对成品进行加速稳定性考察。结果:对按最优处方工艺生产的黄石散气雾剂产品进行加速稳定性实验结果显示,本品质量稳定,符合气雾剂制剂要求。结论:所选处方工艺稳定可靠,适合黄石散气雾剂的生产。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare a suspension aerosol of traditional Chinese medicine with tetrafluoroethane as propellant and optimize the formulation. Methods: Suspension effect and discharge rate were used as evaluation indexes to conduct prescription screening and to investigate the accelerated stability of finished products. Results: The accelerated stability experiment of Huangshi powder aerosol products produced according to the optimal prescription process showed that the product has stable quality and meets the aerosol formulation requirements. Conclusion: The selected prescription process is stable and reliable, suitable for Yellowstone aerosol aerosol production.
