桑科波罗蜜属植物大多数为传统民间用药,具有较大的药用开发价值。近年来,波罗蜜属植物因富含具有显著生物活性的异戊烯基酚性成分而广受植物化学工作者的关注。通过SciFinder等数据库平台查阅国内外有关波罗蜜属植物的化学成分与药理作用的报道,对波罗蜜属植物的化学成分及其药理作用研究的内容进行文献整理和分析。结果表明,近5年来从波罗蜜属植物中获得70多个新化合物,大多为异戊烯基酚性化合物,其骨架类型包括黄酮类,二氢黄酮类、查尔酮类、二氢查尔酮类、双苯吡酮类、橙酮类、黄烷-3-醇类、2-芳基苯并呋喃类、1,2-二苯乙烯类;这些化合物具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、细胞毒及抗锥虫及疟原虫、抑制胰脂肪酶、抑制酪氨酸酶、抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶、抑制α-葡糖苷酶和抑制黑色素生产生物活性,尤其是在抗氧化和细胞毒等方面效果显著。本文从化学成分结构和药理活性两方面对国内外波罗蜜属植物研究概况进行了综述,以期为该属植物的开发和利用提供参考。
Most of the Sophoricola plants are traditional folk medicines, which have great medicinal development value. Their skeleton types include flavonoids, flavonoids, chalcones, dihydrochalcone Class of benzophenones, orange ketones, flavan-3-ol, 2-aryl benzofurans, and stilbenes; these compounds have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, Tumor, cytotoxic and anti-trypanosomes and plasmodium, inhibition of pancreatic lipase, tyrosinase inhibition, inhibition of xanthine oxidase, inhibition of alpha-glucosidase and inhibition of melanin production biological activity, especially in the anti-oxidation and cytotoxicity The effect is remarkable. This review summarizes the research status of the genus Polyparum from both the chemical composition and the pharmacological activity in order to provide references for the development and utilization of this genus.
