目前,在我局多层砖混结构房屋住宅搂中,楼地面较普遍存在着沿板缝方向贯穿性裂缝现象。例如:从我段所管辖的楼房调查发现,就有95％以上的房间地面产生裂缝。因此影响了房屋的正常使用功能及美观,住户对楼地面裂缝引起的渗漏水意见很大,给房屋修缮部门也带来很多维修困难。 经过对预制空心板楼地面沿板缝方向裂缝的产生分析研究,造成裂缝的原因大致可归纳如下几种:
At present, in our bureau’s multi-storey brick-concrete structure residential housing, there is a general phenomenon of cracks running through the floor along the direction of slab seams. For example, from the investigation of the buildings under my jurisdiction, it is found that more than 95% of rooms have cracks in the ground. Therefore, the normal function of the house and its appearance are affected. The tenants have great opinions on the leakage of water caused by cracks in the floor of the building, and also bring a lot of maintenance difficulties to the house repair department.
