本文以石化行业生产装置实时数据采集为基础信息,通过配置实时位号的各项相关参数,经过一系列的算法分析来判断监测的位号是否异常,根据位号异常的不同判断条件报出位号异常信息的内容,对于相同装置、相同RDI接口的位号,可以对报同类信息的内容进行整理,将处理过的异常信息以短信等方式通知相关维护人员。本文重点阐述了实时位号异常的确定及实现的过程,软件设计灵活,结构性强,功能明确,现已投入运行,为系统维护人员提供了快捷有力的实时参考依据。
