目的探讨超声自动容积扫描系统(AVSS)在外周神经源性良性肿瘤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法对36个经病理证实为外周神经源性良性肿瘤的AVSS及常规灰阶超声影像资料进行回顾性分析,对比两者的诊断符合率以评估AVSS冠状面图像在诊断中的价值。结果 AVSS对于病变的大小形态、内部结构及毗邻关系等特征的显示皆优于常规灰阶超声。与病理结果比较,AVSS对于神经鞘瘤的诊断准确度(20/23,86.96%)明显高于常规灰阶超声(13/23,56.52%)(P=0.031);对于神经纤维瘤的诊断准确度(12/13,92.31%)亦高于常规灰阶超声(7/13,53.85%)(P=0.044)。结论 AVSS冠状面图像能为诊断神经源性良性肿瘤提供更多依据,为治疗和手术提供更多信息。
Objective To investigate the value of automatic ultrasonic volume scanning system (AVSS) in the clinical diagnosis of peripheral neurogenic benign tumors. Methods The data of AVSS and routine grayscale ultrasound images of 36 peripheral neurogenic benign tumors confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnostic coincidence rates of the two methods were compared to evaluate the value of AVSS coronal images in the diagnosis. Results AVSS was superior to conventional grayscale ultrasound in displaying the size, shape, internal structure and adjacent features of lesions. Compared with pathological results, the diagnostic accuracy of AVSS for schwannoma (20 / 23,86.96%) was significantly higher than that of conventional grayscale ultrasound (13 / 23,56.52%) (P = 0.031). The diagnosis of neurofibroma was accurate Degree (12/13, 92.31%) was also higher than that of conventional grayscale ultrasound (7/13, 53.85%) (P = 0.044). Conclusions AVSS coronal images can provide more evidences for diagnosing neurogenic benign tumors and provide more information for the treatment and surgery.
