应用完全切除家兔甲状腺的手术方法制造阳虚动物模型,并以中药温肾助阳复方进行治疗。应用电子显微镜观察治疗前后肝细胞超微结构的变化。结果显示;甲低阳虚模型兔的肝细胞,其细胞器减少,线粒体减少变性及分布不均,胞质中有大量糖原颗粒,细胞间隙增宽。经中药温肾助阳复方治疗后的肝细胞超微结构与正常对照组相似,线粒体增多,分布较均匀,形态接近正常,糖原颗粒与正常对照组相近。本实验为阳虚动物造型及温肾助阳药治疗阳虚证的疗效提供了有意义的形态学依据。
The animal model of yang deficiency was made by using a surgical method of completely resecting rabbit thyroid gland, and the Chinese medicine Wenshenyangyang Compound was treated. Electron microscopy was used to observe the changes of hepatocyte ultrastructure before and after treatment. The results showed that the hepatocytes of a rabbit model with low yang deficiency had decreased organelles, decreased mitochondrial degeneration and uneven distribution, a large amount of glycogen granules in the cytoplasm, and widened cell gaps. The ultrastructure of hepatocytes after the treatment of Wenshenyangyang compound prescription was similar to that of the normal control group. The mitochondria increased, the distribution was uniform, and the morphology was close to normal. The glycogen granules were similar to the normal control group. This experiment provided a significant morphological basis for the treatment of Yang deficiency animal shape and Wen Shen Yang drug treatment of Yang Deficiency.
