2013年9月3号的《新华每日电讯》刊发《京沪征收拥堵费引争议》的文章,文中有“近日,关于‘北京﹑上海正在研究征收拥堵费’的消息再次甚嚣尘上,不仅引起了两座‘大堵市’市民的普遍关注,也引发了全国其他城市群众的‘效仿’担忧”一句,笔者经过仔细推敲,认为句中的“甚嚣尘上”实在用得不妥。《商务馆中学生成语词典》对“甚嚣尘上”解释为:“甚:很。嚣:喧闹。尘上:尘土飞扬。……今多指某种传闻或谬论十分嚣张。”并举例:前段时期这种似是而非的论调甚嚣尘上,搞乱了人们的思想,我
