师德,即教师的职业道德,是教师职业活动的灵魂。1984年教育部颁发的《中小学教师职业道德要求》对师德作了具体的规定。其中涉及政治信念(热爱祖国、热爱中国共产党、热爱社会主义、热爱教育事业),教育方针(遵循教育规律、面向全体学生、贯彻全面发展方针等),教育方法(热爱学生、循循诱导、不岐视讽刺学生、了解学生、建立民主平等。亲密的师生关系、与家长和社会配合共同教育学生等),举止仪表(衣着整洁、举止端庄、语言文明、礼貌待人)等内容。师德的自我修养是师德修养的重要形式。良好师德的形成,实际是教师职业价值认知、职业情感培养、职业意识强化、职业技能掌握、职业良知树
