建立了高效液相色谱法快速测定婴幼儿乳粉中叶黄素含量的方法。样品用正己烷-四氢呋喃(80:20,v/v)超声提取,乙醇-水(90:10,v/v)进行反萃取除脂,以甲醇-水(95:5,v/v)为流动相,经C_(18)色谱柱分离,在445 nm波长处,对乳粉中叶黄素含量进行测定。结果表明,该方法在(0.1~10)mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998,样品的加标回收率为91.8%~102.5%,相对标准偏差小于2%。该方法操作简便、准确可靠、精密度较高,适合于乳粉中叶黄素的快速测定。
A method for rapid determination of lutein in infant milk powder by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The samples were extracted with n-hexane-tetrahydrofuran (80:20, v / v) and extracted with ethanol-water (90:10, v / v) The mobile phase was separated on C_ (18) column and the content of lutein in milk powder was determined at 445 nm. The results showed that the calibration curve was linear in the range of (0.1-10) mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.998. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 91.8% to 102.5% with relative standard deviations less than 2%. The method is simple, accurate and reliable, high precision, suitable for the rapid determination of lutein in milk powder.
