分层次教学方法立足学生实际,因材施教,兼顾学生个体差异性,能在高职院校有限的教学时间内较大程度地提升学生的英语学习和应用能力,以更加灵活的方式,适应每个学生的发展,适应社会对英语教学的需要。本文主要阐述湖南交通职业技术学院(以下简称“我院”)学生英语分层次学习的情况,包括科学分级、合理制定教学目标、安排教学内容和配备教师、对不同级别的学生采取不同教学方法。
