“黑恶犯罪”虽不是法律概念,但却是与“打黑除恶”之司(执)法实践相对应的概念。准确而全面地把握黑恶犯罪在现实社会生活中的形态,对确定和调整相应的治安、司法对策均具有重要意义。本文运用现代社会科学的经验性研究方法,对中部某省黑恶犯罪的形态展开了较为系统深入的实证研究。 Although “crime of evil or evil” is not a concept of law, it is a concept corresponding to the practice of “law enforcement”. Accurately and comprehensively grasping the patterns of criminal syndicates in their social life is of great significance in determining and adjusting the corresponding law and order and judicial decisions. This paper uses the empirical research methods of modern social sciences to conduct a systematic and in-depth empirical study on the criminal patterns of evil and evil in a certain province in central China.
