我县临安镇有个体园(班)28个,收托幼儿近千名。这些园(班)作为公办园、集体办园的补充,在缓解当地幼儿入园难方面起了积极的作用。然而,在这些个体园(班)中,不同程度地存在着小学化、看管式的现象,对幼儿身心健康不利,有的盈利意识严重,问题更多。为寻求纠正这些不良倾向和解决存在问题的有效方法,去年下半年我们区教育辅导中心和县教委幼教干部一起,去到20多所个体园作了调查研究,结论是:须从贯彻《幼儿园工作规程(试行)》和《幼儿园管理条例》入手。于是,我们向个体园教师赠送了《规程》、《条例》,并进行宣讲,组织她们学习,
There are 28 individual gardens (classes) in Lin’an Town of our county, nearly a thousand children are admitted to care. These parks (classes), as a supplement to public park and collective park, play an active role in alleviating the difficulty of local children entering the park. However, in these individual parks (classes), there are varying degrees of primary school and custodial phenomena, which are unfavorable to children’s physical and mental health. Some of them have some sense of profit-making and more problems. In order to seek effective ways to correct these undesirable tendencies and solve the existing problems, in the second half of last year, our District Education and Guidance Center and the preschool education cadres of the County Board of Education went to more than 20 individual parks for investigation and study.
