本文用示差热分析和金相分析相配合的方法,研究了添加Zr的铸造镍基高温合金中Ni_5Zr相的溶解和转变。Ni_5Zr的存在显著地降低合金的初熔温度并诱发(γ+γ′)共晶的溶解。在850℃以上高温热暴露时Ni_5Zr发生如下转变: Ni_5Zr+γ(C)—→ZrC+γ试验结果证明示差热分析技术在高温合金相变研究中是一种有用的工具。
In this paper, differential thermal analysis and metallographic analysis were used to study the dissolution and transformation of Ni_5Zr phase in Zr-added cast Ni-base superalloy. The presence of Ni_5Zr significantly reduces the initial melting temperature of the alloy and induces the dissolution of (γ + γ ’) eutectic. The results show that the differential thermal analysis (TGA) technique is a useful tool in the study of the phase transformation of superalloys when the Ni_5Zr is exposed to heat exposure above 850 ℃.
