肿瘤的发生和发展与机体的免疫应答有密切关系,细胞免疫功能在机体的自身稳定及免疫监视中起决定性作用。很多研究表明,带瘤宿主常伴有胸腺的改变和细胞免疫功能的损害.本文试通过胸腺细胞对小鼠恶性淋巴瘤的抗瘤效应的研究,了解胸腺细胞对带瘤动物的影响,为临床应用提供依据。材料和方法一.实验动物:Balb/c 小鼠,鼠龄7—14周,体重18—24克,雌雄兼用。
