对用LED制作的灯具色容差指标进行了理论、实验和数据分析,制作出满足色容差指标的LED灯具。通过相关色温对色容差指标的影响分析,选择5000K相关色温的LED,有助于满足色容差指标,且兼顾显色性和光效指标;采用峰值波长为(458±1)nm的芯片,选择相应激发波长以及合适发射光谱的荧光粉,控制好荧光粉的使用量,小批量生产出符合色容差要求的LED灯。
