本文介绍了在一台单缸二冲程爆震实验发动机上,研究进气充量中不同的残余气体成分对焰前反应及自燃的影响的实验结果。结果表明,初始进气充量中含有一定量的残余废气时,抑制了自燃;在残余废气中含有一定量的部分氧化产物时,促进了低温化学反应和自燃。低温化学反应所释放的热量以及活性中间产物的积累导致了终燃混合气的自燃。RON53汽油的自燃过程表现为两阶段着火特征。
In this paper, the experimental results of the influence of different residual gas components on the pre-flame reaction and spontaneous combustion on a single cylinder two-stroke detonation experiment engine are introduced. The results show that when a certain amount of residual exhaust gas is contained in the initial charge, spontaneous combustion is restrained. When a certain amount of partial oxidation products is contained in the residual exhaust gas, low temperature chemical reaction and spontaneous combustion are promoted. The heat released by the low temperature chemical reaction and the accumulation of active intermediates lead to the spontaneous combustion of the final combustion mixture. The spontaneous combustion of RON53 gasoline shows a two-stage ignition characteristic.
