利用激光熔-钎焊实现了5A02铝合金板和镀锌钢板的优质连接。对焊缝的金相分析表明,接头钢母材未发生熔化,钢一侧为钎焊,铝一侧为熔焊;对接头的组织和结构分析表明,在焊缝金属和镀锌板的界面区形成的金属间化合物,主要成分为Fe6AlSi、FeAl和FeAl3;拉伸试验表明,焊接接头的抗拉强度可达155.720 MPa,约为5A02铝合金母材抗拉强度的76.97%,试样断裂在铝合金母材热影响区,接头的断裂主要是塑性断裂,但有脆性断裂的痕迹。
The use of laser fusion - brazed 5A02 aluminum plate and galvanized steel to achieve high quality connections. Metallographic analysis of the weld shows that the base metal of the joint steel does not melt, the steel side is brazed and the aluminum side is welded. The microstructure and structural analysis of the joint show that at the interface of the weld metal and the galvanized steel plate, The main components of the intermetallic compounds are Fe6AlSi, FeAl and FeAl3. Tensile tests show that the tensile strength of welded joints can reach 155.720 MPa, which is about 76.97% of the tensile strength of 5A02 aluminum alloy.
