为了分析广东地区汉族人群MHC-C2的同种异型及基因频率分布,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳及溶血覆盖试验,测定了21个广东地区汉族家庭的42个无血缘关系的亲代血标本,C2表型为:C2CC36人;C2BC4人;C2AC2人C2的基因频率为:C2*C0.9286;C2。B0.0476;CZ。A00238。符合C2在各种族人群分布的一场规律,用对应分析方法,分析了该群体与世界主要种族间MHC-C2基因频率的分布特点,广东地区汉族人与西班牙人、黑种人和白种人的距离较远,欧氏距离分别为0.2542、0.2520、0.2376,与日本人最接近,欧氏距离为0.1636。
