高校图书馆推行研究生助管工作,既有助于提高研究生的管理和实践能力,也有助于缓解高校图书馆的人力资源紧张状况。图书馆以往通常提供的勤工助学岗位,由于学生工作时间的不稳定,会给图书馆管理工作带来一定困扰。上海对外经贸大学图书馆为此采取了研究生助管团队创新管理模式,作为一种新型的组织形式,有效地保证了学生工作质量的稳定性,进而提高了图书馆的工作效率和读者满意度。文章即介绍了该馆研究生助管团队创新管理模式的实践经验。
The implementation of graduate student assistant management in university library not only helps to improve the management and practical ability of graduate students, but also helps to alleviate the shortage of human resources in university libraries. In the past, the library usually provided work-study positions. Due to the unstable working hours of the students, the management of the library would be troubling. As a new form of organization, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics Library took an innovative management model of graduate student assistant management team to ensure the stability of students’ work effectively and improve the work efficiency and reader satisfaction of the library. The article introduced the museum graduate assistant management team innovative management model of practical experience.
