为了提高道路石油沥青的路用性能,将纳米SiO_2和聚合物POE同时加入熔融状态的基质沥青中,经高速剪切制备出一种新型的纳米SiO_2/POE复合改性沥青胶结材料。将纳米SiO_2/POE复合改性沥青与70#基质沥青、SBS改性沥青的性能指标进行对比测试,评价纳米复合改性材料对基质沥青性能的影响效果。结果表明:纳米SiO_2/POE复合改性沥青可以充分发挥纳米颗粒和POE两种材料优良的改性效果,大幅提升道路石油沥青的高低温和耐老化等路用性能。
In order to improve the road performance of asphalt pavement, nano-SiO 2 and polymer POE were simultaneously added to melted matrix asphalt, and a new type of nano-SiO 2 / POE composite modified asphalt cement was prepared by high-speed shearing. The performance comparison of nano-SiO2 / POE composite modified asphalt with 70 # asphalt and SBS modified asphalt was conducted to evaluate the effect of nano-composite modified material on the performance of matrix asphalt. The results show that nano-SiO2 / POE composite modified asphalt can give full play to the excellent modification effect of both nano-particles and POE materials, greatly improve road performance such as high and low temperature and aging resistance of road asphalt.
