给出了地空导弹部队阵地优选评价的指标体系,在已知各专家对备选阵地投票结果的基础上,提出了一种同时综合考虑专家对备选阵地支持、反对、弃权投票情况隶属函数及其权重的基于Vague集TOPSIS的地空导弹阵地优选模型.根据备选阵地到正、负理想阵地相对贴近度进行排序的多属性决策方法,克服了以往专家弃权信息无法表示和已知指标信息利用不充分的问题.通过一个实例,说明了利用上述模型进行地空导弹阵地优选的科学性、合理性.
