本研究以陕西理工学院英语师范专业为例,对卓越教师“三位一体”协同培养机制的内涵和要求进行分析,对“陕西理工学院—地方政府—中学”三方协同、一体化培养的工作基础进行总结。在此基础上,对卓越中学英语教师“三位一体”协同培养机制进行初步探究。
Taking the English majors in Shaanxi Institute of Technology as an example, this study analyzes the connotation and requirements of the excellent teacher “Trinity ” co-cultivation mechanism and analyzes the connotation and requirements of the “Shaanxi Institute of Technology - Local Government - Secondary School” Work summary. On this basis, the author explores the co-cultivation mechanism of excellent English teachers in middle schools.
