制备了含“沙袋结构”的PA6/EPDM/nano-CaCO_3三元复合材料,研究了挤出加工过程中加料方式、喂料速率和主机转速对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:通过主喂料加料制备的复合材料力学性能最佳;喂料速率和主机转速的增加对复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度影响较小。复合材料的冲击强度随喂料速率的增加而增大,但随着主机转速的增加先增大后减少,且当主机转速为100 r/min时,达到最大值。
The PA6 / EPDM / nano-CaCO_3 ternary composite material with “sandbag structure” was prepared and the effects of feeding mode, feeding rate and host rotating speed on the mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of the composites prepared by the main feedstock feeding are the best. The increase of the feed rate and the host rotation speed have little effect on the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites. The impact strength of the composites increases with the feed rate increasing, but increases first and then decreases with the increase of the host rotation speed, and reaches the maximum when the host rotation speed is 100 r / min.
