目前已知N—乙酰神经氨酸(NANA)与感染性疾病密切相关,但它与具有血脑屏障这一特殊结构的中枢神经系统(CNSI)间的关系尚不清楚.我们通过对其血清及脑脊液NANA含量的同时测定,分析CNSI的细胞生化改变和其临床意义.1 资料与方法1.1 资料 选择经临床证实的CNSI病例34例(病毒脑14例,化脑12例,结脑8例),其中男18例,女16例,年龄40.4±21.6岁,病程1~80天.所有病例均无肿瘤和其它神经系统疾病,记录其年龄(X_1)、性别(X_2)、腰穿时的发病天数(X_3)、病种(病毒脑、化脑、结脑)(X_4)和临床严重性(按意识障碍分为无、有)(X_5).对照组30例,男20例,女10例.年龄18~67岁,均无肿瘤和神经系统疾病.记录其年龄(Z_1)、性
It is known that N-acetylneuraminic acid (NANA) is closely related to infectious diseases, but its relationship with central nervous system (CNSI), which has the special structure of blood-brain barrier, is not yet clear.We have analyzed its serum and Simultaneous determination of cerebrospinal fluid NANA content and analysis of cell biochemical changes in CNSI and its clinical significance.1 Materials and Methods1.1 Data selection 34 cases of clinically confirmed CNSI cases (14 cases of viral brain, 12 cases of brain, knot brain 8 cases) There were 18 males and 16 females, aged 40.4 ± 21.6 years and duration of 1 ~ 80 days.No tumors and other neurological diseases were recorded in all cases.The age (X_1), sex (X_2), days of onset of lumbar puncture (X_3), disease types (virus brain, brain and knot brain) (X_4) and clinical severity (divided by disturbance of consciousness and no consciousness) (X_5) .The control group of 30 patients, 20 males and 10 females.
