Starting from August 2006, the first chief editor of New York Daily News, a mainstream newspaper in the United States, will first have a Chinese name - Wu Zhiqiang. American Chinese Wu Zhiqiang (English name David Ng), 48, grows in Chinatown, New York and currently lives on Staten Island with two bright daughters, Isla and Esme. He is a descendant of Hong Kong people and his parents moved to the United States in the 1950s.
