评价了聚丙烯酸接枝改性聚丙烯中空纤维膜的pH响应性。在接枝率小于17%时,接枝膜的pH敏感性随接枝率的增加而提高。在牛血清蛋白(BSA)溶液微滤试验中,接枝膜与未接枝膜在BSA的等电点4.7处,都表现出严重的膜污染;而pH=3时,膜通量下降趋势最小。与未接枝膜相比,接枝膜在pH=3时污染较严重,而接枝率18%的膜在pH4.7和8时表现出一定的抗污染性。研究表明:蛋白质与膜之间的电荷作用以及BSA和膜构象的变化都是膜污染的重要影响因素。
The pH responsiveness of polyacrylic acid graft-modified polypropylene hollow fiber membranes was evaluated. When the graft ratio is less than 17%, the pH sensitivity of grafted film increases with the grafting rate. In the micro-filtration test of bovine serum albumin (BSA) solution, both the grafted membrane and the non-grafted membrane showed serious membrane fouling at the isoelectric point of 4.7 BSA. At pH = 3, the membrane flux decreased the least . The grafted membrane was more contaminated at pH = 3 than the non-grafted membrane, whereas the membrane with 18% grafting exhibited some anti-fouling properties at pH 4.7 and 8. Studies have shown that: the charge between the protein and the membrane as well as BSA and membrane conformation changes are important factors affecting membrane fouling.
