对美国、英国、委内瑞拉三个产油大国的石油立法情况进行了介绍，分析了三国石油立法的基本特点，并结合我国国情提出建议。
Introduced the petroleum legislation of the three major oil producing countries in the United States, Britain and Venezuela, analyzed the basic characteristics of petroleum legislation in the three countries and put forward suggestions according to the national conditions of our country.
