采用标准混合料透气性(JPU)检测装置,在装料杯底部篦条孔隙率不同的情况下,装料后测定负压与风量的关系。通过流体力学公式计算得出装料杯底部篦条孔隙率对透过料层风量影响的规律。结果表明,在一定负压下,随着篦条孔隙率的增大,透过料层的风量增加,但其增加幅度逐渐变缓,在孔隙率40%以上基本稳定;在不同负压下,孔隙率达到50%以上,孔隙率每增大1%,通过料层风量增加量小于管道风量的0.5%。
The standard mixture air permeability (JPU) testing device is used to determine the relationship between the negative pressure and the air volume after loading according to the different grate bar porosity at the bottom of the charging cup. Through the fluid mechanics formula, the law of the porosity of the grate bar at the bottom of the charging cup to the air flow through the material layer was calculated. The results show that under a certain negative pressure, with the increase of the porosity of grate, the air flow through the material layer increases, but its increasing amplitude gradually becomes slower, and it is basically stable at the porosity of over 40%. Under different negative pressures, Porosity reaches more than 50%, the porosity increases by 1%, the amount of wind through the material increases less than 0.5% of the duct air volume.
