对中华草蛉卵喷卵和挂放卵卡试验表明,在5种不同卵粘着剂中,0.125%琼脂溶液效果最好,蛉卵悬浮均匀,粘着率为96.83%,浸卵2—3小时后,孵化率为80.77—92%;发育后期的蛉卵,在溶液中承受1—2.5kg/cm~2压力15分钟后,经高速旋转喷出,孵化率为65.06—78.21%,较对照明显提高;田间喷卵,孵化率为51.06—60%,与对照无明显差异。用发育后期的卵直接挂放田间,卵卡上先孵幼虫残杀卵率为6.45%,卵粒孵化率为72.26%。较用工农—16型手摇喷雾器喷卵的孵化率(51.06—60%)提高了12%。
The results showed that 0.125% agar solution had the best effect among the five kinds of different egg-sticking agents, and the oyster suspension was uniform, with an adhesion rate of 96.83%.
